Yoga and Meditation for Peace
As part of Peace Days, we invite you to participate in a free indoor group yoga and meditation session. This session includes gentle yoga exercises to relax and relieve tension, followed by simple breathing practices to centre yourself, as well as a guided meditation. Together, in a friendly and supportive group, we will create a calming space and send positive feelings out into the world.
Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome!
At the end of the session, we invite you to continue the positive connections with a chat over snacks.
