Building a Better Future: Social Engagement, Resilience and Well-Being
In a social context marked by a sense of uncertainty about the future, fueled in particular by polarization, social and political tensions, social injustices and budget cuts, professionals in the community sector are on the front lines of dealing with the consequences of changes in our communities and in providing help and support to those who need it most.
To provide them with a space for connection, exchange, listening and compassion, and to foster the sharing of experiences and the learning of concrete strategies to maintain well-being at work, the Peace Network for Social Harmony organized “Building a Better Future: Social Engagement, Resilience and Well-Being” on February 23, 2026, as part of the first edition of the Peace Days 365 initiative.
This publication is the result of that meeting and brings together the key insights, lessons and courses of action that emerged from it. It is intended to support those who are committed to building a more just, united, and peaceful society. We invite you to explore the document and draw inspiration from the ideas, tools, and suggested actions that it offers.
