Citizen Participation Awareness Activity Kit

This toolkit helps to equip organizations and individuals wishing to discuss civic engagement with young people. It offers four adaptable activities that raise awareness about elections, the roles of governments, the importance of voting, and the need for critical thinking regarding information. It also promotes open discussions about democracy. The activity takes place in the form of an interactive workshop lasting approximately 60 minutes. The facilitators choose the activity according to the needs of the group, adapt the content to the number of participants and the available time, and then encourage exchanges and participatory discussions.
