SPA - One-Day Retreat with Eric Delbaere

This activity aims to build, cultivate, and nurture inner peace through an approach focused on listening, reflection, and forgiveness. The one-day retreat "Building Peace from Within" offers an exploration of the personal dimensions of peace and ways to foster a more harmonious relationship with oneself and others.
This experience takes place in the enchanting setting of Spa Eastman and includes a table d'hôte lunch, access to thermotherapy, the trails, as well as the two following workshop-presentations:

-Building Inner Peace: Listening Postures, Stories, and Metaphors (am)
-Building Peace from Within: internal conflicts, reparation, and forgiveness (pm).
