S'autoriser à briller pleinement: discussion of a book on well-being at work

Sociologist David Risse and author Virginie Louault will talk about the great poppy syndrome, which is linked to being trapped in patterns of devaluation and intimidation. The aim is to raise public awareness of the fact that we can cultivate our self-esteem through tolerance and kindness. We'll be tackling a range of topics to help us understand this pernicious dynamic and thwart its mechanisms, to raise awareness in organizations and especially in human resources, and to sensitize young people before they enter the job market: to understand the importance of putting people at the heart of change, to help people modify their mental posture within organizations and change the way they look at a situation. The talk will take place in person, lasting 1h30, and will include testimonials, sharing of insights, discussion and exchange with the audience, as well as a book-signing session.
