Speak your Truth

Consisting of five organizations, the Collectif 21 septembre is inviting you to participate in their annual activity for the International Day of Peace. The Collective will approach passersby in front of the Mont-Royal metro station to ask them a question, and then collect their answers on colored sheets of paper which will be displayed around a tent. This year, the question will be: “What concrete actions can we take to build a sustainable and peaceful future together?” This initiative aims to raise awareness about concrete actions that enable us collectively to build a better future. It will address themes such as individual and collective action for peace, and the links between peace and sustainability. In addition, a social forum will be held to create a space for self-expression and collective expression. This will complement the written portion of the activity, encouraging dialogue, active listening, and shared reflection. The event will also feature musical entertainment, plus apples will be offered to participants.
