Breastfeeding anywhere, anytime is a right protected by the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.

To this end, we advocate the normalization of breastfeeding in public spaces through the creation of the Route du Lait, and support mothers through a matching service with breastfeeding godmothers and free breastfeeding drop-in centers.

The breastfeeding drop-in is a place to take a break dedicated to breastfeeding. Parents can share their experience, ask questions and break isolation in a caring atmosphere. A breastfeeding volunteer from Nourri-Source Montreal, an IBCLC lactation consultant and a family worker will be present to support you and discuss the various topics related to perinatology.
