New Trends in Municipal Immigration Policies and Intercultural Relations

Adults/French/Fees apply/Registration required/Accessible to people with reduced mobility, sign language interpretation

This panel is part of the 24th Annual Municipal Leisure Conference.

Municipal officials have often noted that best practices need to be part of an overall, integrated and cross-cutting approach (consistent with other strategies undertaken by the city), facilitating communication between the various players and departments of the municipality.

During this panel, we will present the results of a study that enabled the City of Sherbrooke to identify the relevant and necessary elements for an immigration policy that is as current as possible while meeting the needs of its immigrant population.
