Music Resonance Meditation

Open to all/French and English/Free/No registration required 

Koa will lead a guided meditation session accompanied by Naeem Shanwar on the Kanun – a Middle Eastern acoustic instrument popular in such countries as Syria and Lebanon. During his guided meditation, Koa will invite participants into a spiritually centering space where they can slow down and deepen their breath while connecting with their bodies. This kind of centering exercise will be presented as a prerequisite to building community, as we move together into the world doing peace and justice work.
