Giftedness from Childhood to Adulthood

This event is intended to raise awareness and provide education about giftedness throughout the ages. The themes covered will be inclusion and diversity.

Activity Schedule:
– 2:15 pm: Participants arrive with a tree of life to decorate;
– 2:45 pm: Testimonials from gifted and/or doubly and triply exceptional individuals from various age groups;
– 3:45 pm: Presentation by a giftedness specialist to discuss the common characteristics of giftedness, coping strategies, and accommodations for doubly and triply exceptional individuals in school and work settings;
– 4:30 pm: Discussion period among participants.
