The inclusion of young people in the regions of Quebec is crucial for the future and for peace. Their active participation in community life, their access to education and opportunities, and their involvement in decision-making are all elements that promote social cohesion. This guide was developed following the "Jeunes de la diversité culturelle en région" training course offered as part of Citoyenneté Jeunesse's "Jeunes de la diversité culturelle en région" project. It highlights a number of concepts and issues related to the inclusion of young people from culturally diverse backgrounds, and offers tools to foster better collaboration between young people and host communities.
