Training for an Anti-Racist LGBTQ+ Community

This training is intended for LGBTQ+ community organizations as well as any organization seeking to strengthen its anti-racist practices. It explores intersectional discrimination, the process of racialization, prejudices against ethnocultural groups and Indigenous Peoples, and the realities faced by LGBTQ+ people of color.
Through reflection on organizational practices and concrete suggestions for improvement, the training promotes the development of more inclusive, equitable, and safe environments. By encouraging dialogue, mutual understanding, and the fight against discrimination, it helps advance social cohesion and a culture of peace.
