After Violence, is it Possible to Find Peace?

Geneviève Chenard shares with us the tools that have helped her and are helping her to regain peace. Following childhood abuse, she has always been interested in better understanding the impact of trauma and the mechanisms of human resilience. She will share with us the research, resources and activities that have helped her along the path of resilience and repair.
A space for exchange and discussion will follow Geneviève’s presentation, which will orient us to the process of resilience and the techniques that can help us grow in the face of adversity.
