Ustawi Research Report: Mental Health and the "Challenge of Being Young and Black in Quebec"
The Ustawi research report presents the results, conclusions, and recommendations of a research project on the effects of racism and microaggressions on the mental health of Afro-descendant youth aged 18 to 35 in Quebec City. The research report addresses the stereotypes, taboos, and stigmas surrounding mental health within Black communities while highlighting the effects of racism and microaggressions.
