Audiovisual mediation of resilience: reflection on conjugal and sexual violence on screen

This event aims to generate sharing and discussion, in order to counter the isolation experienced by those affected by issues of domestic and sexual violence. It will create a taboo-free space where the public can ask questions and learn in the presence of experts on the subject. We will be talking about the prevention of domestic and sexual violence, as well as female resilience and its portrayal in the media. The event will kick off with a screening of the documentary film Chaylla (2022), which tackles issues related to domestic violence. This will be followed by a panel discussion on the representation of these realities in the world and in cinema.
