This activity aims to highlight the impact of female leadership and intercultural exchanges. By celebrating inspiring journeys, the event raises public awareness about the importance of civic engagement, living together, and diversity to build more connected, inclusive, and peaceful communities. The activity will address female leadership as a lever for social impact and intercultural rapprochement. Through inspiring testimonies, we will explore how the engagement of young people and women transforms exchange experiences into concrete collective actions in the service of living together and peace. The evening will be structured around an opening word, a discussion panel highlighting the journeys of engaged women, followed by a period of interactive exchanges with the audience and a friendly networking moment to extend the discussions and strengthen the bonds.
